The structure of a formal letter.

It can be formed of 3/4 paragraphs.Be concise and relevant.Get straight to the point and stick to it, don’t include any unnecessary or supplementary information, don’t use any flowery language or long words just for the sake of it, and don’t repeat too much information which may already be included in a CV, for example.You should always be polite and respectful, even if complaining.
What the best way to close a formal letter? When ending a formal letter, you need to convey the appropriate amount of respect to the person receiving the letter. Your complimentary close should be professional rather than casual. Skip using more casual sign-offs, such as "Take care" or "XOXO" in formal letters, so that your tone throughout the note is consistently polite and business-like.
